So you see, Philippine Traveler handles many types of cases! In fact, about 30% of the clients are Filipino's! A very common request is to have Philippine Traveler check on more than one lady on a given trip. (Usually 3-5 different ladies the men have been writing to.)
Philippine Traveler has worked with California law firms for many years. In the case of American's who wish to petition their fiancée's, Philippine Traveler will not only assist the fiancée, in the Philippines, to gather the required documents, but also provides the forms required and helps guide their completion. This is at no extra charge! Remember that in many cases, Affidavits and other documents must also be prepared and filed with the petition. Many Filipino attorneys do not know the requirements of US Immigration (BCIS) in regards to supporting documents.
Due to the number of trips made each year, Philippine Traveler's personal services are very affordable! Of course, in many cases, especially if the need is urgent, we just refer you to someone we have learned to trust in the Philippines to handle the verification for you. The verifier will prepare reports and photographs and/or copies of documents to substantiate their report. Cost may vary depending on the island, city and current fares rates and expenses.
In SPECIAL or URGENT cases, Philippine Traveler will make impromptu special trips to Philippines, such as accompanying a client who wishes to have a guide and/or person familiar with the customs, language, scams, etc., legalistics, accompanying them.
One example of an urgent need is where necessary documents must be delivered in time for the fiancée's interview at St. Luke's and/or the U.S. Embassy in Manila, but the man just cannot afford take off work to do so. This is often the case with supporting documents for the "Affidavit of Support". (Note: Be sure to read, Beware, the Well Planned Divorce Scam in the scams and warnings page). In other cases, the timid and shy Filipina may be extremely nervous and wish help preparing for the interviews, document presentation, etc.
Another example of an Urgent case, there may be a petition to be filed for a minor child who is about to reach the age of majority, and who's petition and supporting documents must be obtained and submitted Immediately.
Every case is different. Also, be advised that Philippine Traveler does NOT do cases with any other country!! This is because:
